“Very nice dish but could be improved. The sauce is very thin, i had the dish with mash and the potato just mixed with the sauce and became soupy. I also think there was not enough beef in the dish for the cost of the meal, lacking a bit in value for money”

We are sorry to hear that you found the beef to be a little tough in this dinner. This doesn't sound quite right as the beef should be really tender as we braise the beef in red wine and veal stock during the cooking process which should leave us with beautifully tender cuts of meat.
