“This is a mild curry by any standards but it’s still too spicy for my kids (6 and 3). I mix theirs in a 1:1 ratio with yoghurt to make it palatable for them but even so it’s not their favourite - I enjoy it immensely though, and it can be cooked from frozen in the microwave which is amazing”
