“This is an easy tray bake that takes a bit of time in the oven. It tastes great and the chicken is a beautiful quality. There is a lot of barley under the chicken which is strong tomato taste so bear in mind this is a rich meal which has soaked up all the oil and has a heavy tomato base.”
