“We ordered the prosciutto wrapped chicken ballotine for Christmas Day and it was fabulous. We cooked it on Christmas morning but served it cold with salads and other meats in the afternoon. It was delicious and looked fabulous on the Christmas buffet. We had a little left over for Boxing Day and it was just as good!”
