“I recall that this was a "small" meal but took it over to my neighbours for dinner (they supplied the mashed potatoes & vegetables plus the important wines) and they cooked (heated) it perfectly. The chicken was tender and the additives tasty but not overbearing - in other words just right. The "small" size was perfect as it followed an entrée and was followed by dessert.”
“I hope this one makes it to the "favourites" menu and stays there permanently - the flavours are spot on. It feels like such an indulgence, yet it's not a threat to the waistline! The prosciutto on top makes it extra special. I appreciate so much that it's not crumbed.”
