“I shared the pasties at lunch with a neighbour and we agreed that they were very delicious (the neighbour said they were the best he had ever tasted) . At first we demurred as to whether we could cope eating 2 each as they looked rather large, but after one we could not wait to enjoy the 2nd one. I admit, however, that I nearly burned the ones at the back of the dish in the over but removed the slight darkening to consume the m with gusto.”
