Excellent - great that you are adding more vegan selection. There are some vegetable dishes you are cooking that could easily be made vegan

Had rice with this dish and as there was a lot of eggplant there was not a lot of sauce. I think it would be better with mash potato.

Hey Therese, Thanks so much for your review but so sorry to hear that the portion you received wasn't quite right. What you've described doesn't sound like what we aim to deliver at all and so we are sorry about this. The dinner is around 600g in weight and split into 270 grams of lamb, 240 grams of eggplant and the sauce just under 100 grams. When we dished up correctly and tested this it leaves a really filling and deliciously saucy dinner. We'll reach out privately to look into this further but thank you again for your feedback. We trust the next time you try this dinner there will be a big improvement!

Served this with some couscous, green beans and homemade beetroot dip. Husband really loved if! 3 year old also ate. It served the three of us with no leftovers.
