“Whilst I appreciate the duck Maryland's being cooked perfectly, (nice amount of duck for the portion) super tender, slow cooked, the sauce was severely lacking in quantity, which when reheating in the oven (from thawed) caused it to get massively diluted from the ducks juices, which usually isn't a bad thing, but when serving over rice it really just tasted like shredded duck on rice, with fat from the duck coating the rice, is wasn't bad, the duck was tasty, but a bit more sauce would have made it a 5 star easily.”
