The fish came frozen, just had to thaw and press on the crumb mixture supplied separately. Easy cooking for 20 minutes in the oven and then served with the horseradish dill cream - was delicious and very appropriate for a special day such as Christmas Day.

Each Christmas, I consistently choose either salmon or king trout for our Christmas meal. This dish eliminates one worry, as I am confident it's a guaranteed success and remarkably simple to prepare. The teen and herb crust adds an extra layer of deliciousness
