Would prefer flathead as found that's a family all round fav.
Portion size is very generous.”
“I’m not a huge fish lover so the idea of someone else doing the hard work to prepare fish is super appealing. We cooked these in the oven and gave them an extra few minutes to make sure they were nice and brown. They were absolutely delicious, tender with a beautiful crumb. A surprisingly generous portion which served 3 of us with chips and salad, we’ll be buying these again!”
