We used our air frier to cook these and suggest not to over-do it as they can get a little dry, but the minted yoghurt is just the perfect compliment.”
“Our favourite Dinner Ladies dish so far. I oven baked them as I don't have a non-stick frypan - worked well, just mopped up some juices mid-bake so they didn't get soggy. Served with wholemeal wrap and a tomato/cucumber/parsley salad. Yum!”
