“I have nothing bad to say about this dish. Outside of authentic Mexican fare, this chicken enchilada is outstanding. Tasty top quality chicken without the yucky gristle or fat, tasty sauce, crunchy pastry. We like to add a side of guacamole and a little dollop of sour cream, and it really sets things off!
Have reordered this twice since initial order.”
