“For the first time I used it as a side dish with oven baked fresh salmon and asparagus. It was easy and delicious and the serving for two would do three easily that way. The only thing I would ask of the Dinner Ladies is that they make some low fat meals . I only use low fat products at home for health reasons so am limited with Dinner Ladies meals as most seem not low fat so can only eat them occasionally. Labelling the dishes that are low fat would be very helpful too. Apart from that suggestion we find the meals we have tried to be very enjoyable.”
