We're sorry if you missed the cooking information on our website and were not aware schnitzels arrive all ready for you to pop into a frying pan!
The schnitzels are made here at our kitchens with free-range chicken breast fillets, dipped in egg and then coated in panko breadcrumbs, ready for you to cook in a frying pan at home. This gives the best results for a delicious tender chicken schnitzel with a beautiful crisp crumb! Sadly, if we were to pre-cook the chicken schnitzel before sending them to our customers, the result when heating them up in a microwave is not the best, resulting in dry chicken and the panko bread crumbs being soggy, not at all how we intend them to be enjoyed.
