These were really yummy! I opted to oven bake instead of shallow fry to reduce calories. I just drizzled a bit of olive oil on both sides of the tenders and put on a baking paper lined oven tray and baked at 180 degrees for about 25-30 mins, turning thrm over halfway (that was from frozen because I'd forgotten to defrost in the fridge overnight). Together with some oven fries and a Greek salad it was a quick and easy meal!

My whole family loves these chicken pieces. The crumb is nice and crunchy and the chicken is very moist and tender. We have cooked them as per instructions in a pan but also tried baking them in the oven on a baking paper lined tray. They turned out beautiful baked as well.

We love these in our house, they are a huge hit. I tried them in the air fryer and that was underwhelming, they need to be fried as per the instructions. Will be ordering many more for the freezer!
