“The breading was simple and not complicated, The ternderloin's cooked up beautifully: browned and crisp on the outside, moist and juicy inside. Served with a choice of Aioli or Sweet Chili, a simple Baby Gem Lettuce, Fresh Baby Roma Tomatoes with a semi-balsamic dressing, it was a great tasting meal. BTW, leftovers reheated in the sandwich press make a great sanger-filler the next day.”
