I loved this baked fish dish! Considering it was frozen, it still had a freshness to it. Highly recommend.

This was a really great meal. The barramundi was lovely with the pistachio crust. It worked well to cook the broccoli and tomato in the same tray. It made it very easy to prepare. The vinaigrette at the end finished it off.

This barramundi is restaurant quality. So delicious that we buy it every couple of weeks. We mix things up by adding pesto instead of the dressing and sometimes we add extra veggies to the meal. It’s a fav!!
