It was okay, not the best meal I have had but it was easy to put together. Everything was cooked to perfection, it was just a personal taste that wasn't my favorite.

This is a versatile companion to any protein, or suitable for a light meal by itself. You can pad it out by adding similarly sized chunks of other vegetables or more of the same. Delicious!

Faultless - could not have enjoyed this more! The vegetables were tender and not watery at all and the miso sauce is SO GOOD! I appreciated the generous amount of cashews included - they really added to the dish.

This lunch is perfect for a busy day in the office when you are running between meetings and have no time to head out and buy lunch. It tastes incredible and is very sustaining, so no brain fog or sugar slump in the afternoon.
