This is a go to meal for me to boost a salad lunch. The freekeh is a delicious addition. I add it to sliced cabbage, rocket and capsicum.

Very tasty! One of our favourites. We add a fried egg, some feta or goats cheese and some quinoa to make it a complete dinner for two.

I love this dish, it's packed full of goodness and really makes me feel good after I eat it. I do pair it with a protein (I pop a couple of chicken thighs or a salmon fillet in the air fryer for 20 mins) to make it a complete meal. The Miso dressing is delicious. This dish is definitely staying in my weekly meals rotation!
