So yum, I’m going to be getting a lot more of this. I added fetta cheese which was perfect.

So surprisingly fresh even after being frozen and defrosted! I just defrosted and had at room temperature rather than heating. The sauce is great. If anything I'd add a few more greens/ veggies.

The veges were roasted perfectly and it warmed up just right in the microwave. Loved the zesty dressing and roasted cashews for on top. The freekeh was a bit on the crunchy side (not sure if they would soften more if cooked further?).

Delicious and full of flavour and some added crunch with the cashews. We added our own roast chicken and it was a full meal. Loved it.
