“With a golden caramel sauce to compliment the cake base this is a firm favourite of mine. Eating for one I found cutting the cake mix into portions while frozen, placing in a microwave safe mug and cooking on defrost for 1 minute then high for 30 sec, adding the sauce also from frozen on top which melted in seconds from the hot cake. Easy desert in minutes that’s just sweet enough.”
