“I like that you can cut each roll into 3 before cooking if you want bite size portions. I cooked them whole and the pastry turned out beautifully. Thin and flaky on the outside and tender filling on the inside. The flavour of the filling is very mild - it would work with almost any sauce or relish. I used 2 very different relishes to beef up the flavour, and they both worked perfectly.”
