“Creamy tarragon chicken and potato tray bake is my favourite Dinner Lady dish at the moment. It ‘s easy to do, drizzle a little olive oil over the chicken, bake as directed, pour the sauce over, return to oven for 15 minutes, done. It is soooo tasty, absolutely yummy. The chicken is moist and tender, potatoes perfectly done, it’s a winner for me!!”
