“The product was of reasonable quality but my pack ( with this dhal included) was delivered in Melbourne at the end of the day 3.30 pm, and it was on the verge of thawing. I was home so could pop it straight into the freezer, however, if I had not been home it would have commenced thawing in the next 30-45 mins.
The other products in the order probably had 1 more hour before they would start thawing too.”
