“I serve this in several different ways - as a vegy curry with rice to complement a butter chicken or satay curry; with grilled salmon and guacamole or hummus topping; on toast with guacamole topping. The small size seems very generous and lasts for several meals. Leftovers keep very well in the fridge. A staple meal in our freezer.”
