I do not know if you really want me to tell you. The first one I bought was delivered and came apart in the middle with a red and white wire connecting them the first time I placed a cartridge on it. I didn't want to bother you all so I ordered another one. The second one works great.”
“I think it has been less than 2 weeks and this pen is not holding a charge. I googled the problem and it just blinks. I know it is charged. I am going to try to contact the company.”
