“I bought one of these atomizer from DVP and upon getting it, I put on my device and put small piece in it and to no avail this coil doesn't heat up very well at any level on the device, upon takin the top back off and inspecting the atomizer the plate at bottom is off center and seems to lifted to one side as well, so putting another small piece of product in it and watching it this the plate doesn't seem to heat up evenly through out and as well the side that touching inside wall of tank, it's seem to sizzle and not actually heat up on all the way causing im sure a short circuit of sort to prevent it to work properly, and once email customer service and sending pictures as someone asked me to do in reply to my issue, now I'm being ignored, most likely it's been couple of days with out a response of any sort, no sorry for inconvenience or option to return nothing, so If you need this atomizer since they can't be delivered by actual G Pen at this time, take your gamble and best of luck”
