“I received the mystica a few days ago and I am happy with it but it seems that I cannot change temperatures. It turns on and off fine, but I cannot use the different temperatures. I had a great experience as far as buying and receiving my mystica, but that is my only issue as far as not changing temperatures.”
“It's cute but it's looks very cheap. There's only one button on there and it's a struggle to power on, once it's on it works but again it's hard to power it on. It doesn't some with instructions . The packaging is cheap as well. You get what you pay for , it's functional”
