“I ordered the kiln on January 8th and now it’s the 20th. I paid $23 for two day shipping and I still don’t have it 12 days later. I received an email that it had shipped, but the tracking number informs me that only the label has been generated and there is no estimated delivery date because the product has not been delivered to UPS. So yeah, one star review. I’d like my money back for the expedited shipping.”
