“Excellent product for the price! I bought this when I was getting a new puppy (I already have a grumpy 11 year old bitch!) mainly so I could keep an eye on them at night. The pup was in a crate for the first few nights but this was brilliant when she was no longer shut in the crate. The speaker meant I could hear any crying but also watch what was happening to be confident not to interfere just to make sure she was okay. 12 weeks later, we got a second new pup (long story, and yes I probably am certifiable!) so the camera was again a massive help. The picture quality is perfectly acceptable and the infra red means it functions in the dark which is great. The motion sensor doesn't always pick up if the dogs get out of their beds, but it does if there is much movement which is fine. The 'alert' feature to show at what times it detected movement is useful too. The microphone is a fabulous training back up....being able to instantly say 'NO' when the dogs are starting to chew a rug in the small hours is really effective - if I went downstairs, they would hear me coming and stop before I got there, which makes it too late to tell them off! Overall, a really useful gadget: discreet, value for money and simple to install and operate.”
