“BUYER BEWARE! This is my 3rd time posting this comment since the Donahugh ��PR Team�� would rather avoid issues and delete comments rather than address them.
I really hoped i would be leaving a positive review about my experience, but unfortunately the only thing I have to rate this company on is their false advertisement when it comes to fulfilling orders. I ordered the Lucid Blur non-prescription glasses a little over two weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping notification despite their policy stating they would ship within 3-5 days in the US. I reached out to the company after the first week and was assured they would be shipping in the coming week, but still I have yet to receive my order much less a shipping notification. I would urge caution while ordering. I have attempted to cancel my order, but this company ignores/skirts customers.”
