“I bought 4 pairs of glasses, however have received only 3 and did not receive the blue one which was shipped with another pair that I had ordered but the case was empty. Could you please help me get to the customer service to sort this claim out?

I wish I'd know because I would have just ordered them permanent blue lenses if I'd known.
