“Arms pinch my head, cannot find way to adjust, cannot contact company to ask for help, can't find anything online to help correct. I am sure there must be a way. Other than that, they look good. Just cannot wear comfortably for more than hour without pain. So silly that that there is not help line or customer service, not on anything that came in box or on-line to contact for help. Went from being really happy with purchase to waste of money and time. Thanks guys for making trying to get help so difficult. Not the way to grow an on-line business. I will not order again and I would have ordered 2 more pairs in dark lens becuase they look good, I get compliments. But cant wear. This is second time I have written this review, falls on def ears. “A little disappointing to be honest the frame is a little twisted and distorted I��ve tried to rectify without success - I��ve bought a few pairs of glass from you and they��ve been excellent and even got my son Elliot Peverley to buy about another 4 pairs which have also been excellent- so just a little disappointing with this pair of glasses.”
