“i love the frame but i don't know what happened but my glasses arrived with clear lenses and i don't recall ordering them that way. i don't recall there being a lens choice on my order page to select from.
is it possible to either have sunglass lenses shipped to me that i'll have put into the frames, or can i send the frames back and exchange them for a pair with different lenses?”
“Just wanted a pair of 1.5 readers and this got complicated. Tried several times to do it online but felt I needed an optometrist degree to understand it. Then through the online chat was finally able to get an order going - these aren't 1.5 readers they are way stronger.
The bulky look was what I thought I wanted and then realized these things are huge! Almost costume style... heavy as well. After 5min on my face I need a break.
