“I ordered these glasses but when i received them i felt the lenses were too small for my face. I loved the glasses though. I ordered a different pair which i thought would be better. I sent these ones back but unfortunately they were sent back to me. I didnt want to resend again without being assured that they would be collected and not waste more money. The customer service team were very good and tried to find a solution for me but living in the canary islands the postal system can be difficult. Amazingly they reimbursed me for both pairs of glasses!!! Well beyond the normal level of customer service. In all a very good experience despite the problems i had. Thank you”
