“I submitted my displeasure as soon as I got the glasses and I was given an RMA to return them. I did just that but I only received $115 when I paid $173. My prescription has not changed and it appears that I was penalized because the glasses made me feel dizzy. None of my other glasses that have the same RX, has ever made me feel off balance, as I did with these. Maybe it��s the curvature of the lens or maybe the quality, but something was definitely off with them, so I reached out as soon as I tried them on. Of course, you guys will say that everything is made correctly and that the quality is not off, but I have no way to combat that, other than having other glasses in my possession that seem to work well.
Sadly enough, I will not do business with you guys, going forward. It is more about the principle of the matter than it is about the ~50 dollars that was not returned.”
