“Hello thanks for reaching out to check i recieved the glasses i love the color shape and style. But i recently opened and tried them on and the Right temple of the glasses are Bent. I am not pleased . I hope i can exchange for a better frame thats not damaged. Thanks.

“I requested the order cancelled before the glasses were made, they disregarded this and then had the glasses made. When they sent a notification that the glasses were ready for shipping, I again reiterated my interest in cancelling the order. They once again disregarded this even though they received the cancelation request prior to shipping, which they literally noted to me. Then they shipped the order to an incomplete address, and told me repeatedly I refused shipping. Tracking says 'Incomplete Address', but I guess they are wrong. They were shipped from out of country, then delivered to a place in country after the incomplete address situation. So then I asked again for a refund, and what do they say? We mutually agreed to the cancelation before the glasses were shipped. So what was in the box? What did they just skirt through customs? Because while I am not a conspiracy theorist, this just feels incredibly questionable. I'm on day 2 of asking for a refund, and they just keep pushing the conversation forward rather than issue any refund at all at any value at all. Do not buy form this company.”
