“After my Cat went missing I didn't have the money to have missing posters printed or have a printer to do it at home. I found online however that Doxdirect offer a free service for missing pets. The posters came quickly and were very high quality and they even included a bag of sweets for me in the package! What a fantastic company!! My cat has now been found, not locally though she was found 167miles from home! Cats huh! little tinkers!”

“Excellent value for money and speed of delivery. Really great service to be able to choose quantities with no minimum orders. For the price I feel I got my moneys worth. The paper and finish on the prints were good. I felt the colours were not as true as I hoped. One of the green colours came out darker and a red came out lighter than I expected. I would use doxdirect again to print posters. Although I want to make prints of artwork and feel I want a better colour match so its likely if I want this I will have to pay more at another company to get art quality prints.”

“Doxdirect is the most generous company I've ever come across, I had a cat go missing last year and after ordering some posters through doxdirect, I received an email informing me that I had been refunded as lost animal posters are free. The service I received was truly worthy of payment, not only was my order perfect and quickly delivered but I was treated as a paying customer, even down to a bag of free sweets that is sent out to customers. Fast forward to this year and on November 12th my second cat went missing, again I placed an order with doxdirect and I sent an email explaining how I would like to pay but once again my order was refunded. Before I placed my second order I actually looked into using other companies as I didn't want to seem like I was taking advantage of doxdirect's generosity. The companies I came across were more expensive in the majority of cases (two were about the same) and all were more complicated to create an order. The process is very simple with doxdirect and there are no hidden costs. I'll definitely be using and recommending doxdirect any time I, or someone I know needs items printed. Thank you doxdirect :o)”

“Have only used for posters - the quality is good and price reasonable provided you do not want next day! Staff helpful, which is just as well as uploading of files - for posters - is not very easy...... I did not get my ice-cream!? :)”
