“I really struggled with the test, and have requested a refund. I'm not great with blood and things like this, but thought I could manage a home test. Unfortunately my test arrived without enough lancet's, and so despite my best efforts I wasn't able to get enough blood and I hated the experience of trying to get it. It required much more blood that I thought would be needed for a home test, and I wished I had just gone to the doctor to get this instead. This could have been improved by tips on the instructions in the pack for getting blood out (like warming up hands, moving around etc.)
However, the customer service team were very responsive and understanding. The lancet issue was due to the current high demand of their products, but for me even with the third lancet I would have struggled to get enough blood. For people experienced with home testing and using lancet's I think this wouldn't be a problem, but for people like me who have never used it before - it's much harder than I thought!”
