“So far I have only used it in Coffee which I like. I'm a senior that does not cook much and I was out of town for a week, so have not used it any other way yet.
I have a sensitive stomach so have only used one scoop with a 14 oz cup of coffee (don't want to cause diarrhea or cramps). I only drink about 1 cup of coffee a day.”
