“I add the golden superfood to my morning smoothies or sometimes I’ll substitute a meal and have one in the evening. One scoop with my almond milk, blueberries, spinach and bananas and it tasted amazing. Fills me up and I don’t have my cravings in the evenings. It is sweet but mixed in with my smoothie it gives it an added taste that’s very enjoyable.”
