“Your product has a great taste, however it seems to be the highest cost per ouve of sny pf the new instant drink mixes on the market that I have purchased this season. I’m really not sure the intriguing flavor is worth the additional costs-at least that is my reaction at this point.
Thinking of discontinuing future purchases due to the high costs and there are some competitive products out there I am equally happy with plus:

“Good quality product real good ingredientes; but I didn't receive what I have order, this is my first time ordering from this company; I have order a free sample they were advertising in YouTube, and also I have purchased with that order a pouch of 30 serv. the I didn't receive; what I have received was 2 envelopes of free samples 5 serv. each in a brown carbor box with brown paper that is it ! the box arrived in good condition, I have contact the Echo Support team and a lady named Jem ask me to send a copy of the invoice but I reply back the next day saying that I didn't receive a copy of the invoice and I have told her what I have received and the next day I sent another email asking to know what happened with my order of the pouch of 30 serv. but I didn't have any answers I am going to wait a little more but if I don't hear a answer from the Echo Food company I think this is going to be my first and last order from them unfortunately .”
