“Usually have at night before bed. I love the taste. It's very mellow. I have tried other golden milk products but the flavor was not so easy to get down. But this to me was very easy to drink. It's relaxing. And surprisingly helped me calm down enough to get to sleep faster. I haven't used it long enough to feel long term affects. But so far I love it”
