“Quality of the socks were geat but an ineresting buying experience .... ordered on line "after hours" and made a mistake (my fault) but only realised after I submitted the order. No way to edit my order so I just accepted that I would have to make a second order. The two orders woould have put me the free postage price range but I just accepted that I would have to pay. The items arrived promptly and both oders were in the same package (into the free postage category ?) but they billed me for two lots of postage. They did resolve the issue and only charged for the one parcel.”
