“The teapot was nice though broke with regular use at the handle like it wasn’t strong enough to hold a full pot of tea. Contacted the company who took a month to get back to me only to very bluntly state their return policy is only for 14 days. So basically, only but this teapot if you only expect it to last 14 days.”
