“We already owned the half underlay for home but needed a grounding option for travel. These fabric mats are perfect! Previously we used the black plasticy mats and those stuck to our legs all night. So the fabric EarthShield mats are much more comfortable and fold/roll up compactly in our carryons.
As someone with 2 food sensitivities, traveling with an earthing mat is essential for me. It's hard to avoid foods that upset my stomach when traveling, but earthing at night ensures i suffer less digestive stress. We both sleep more soundly and wake with fewer aches. “I have been using EarthShield Grounding products for quite a few years now but recently purchased an earthing frabric matt for my friends daugthers newly born "Dominic" he was having some teething issues like all new borns.... thought I'd try helping with the matt for his crib , he still takes sometime to settle but it's been reported his sleep is deep & he always gravitates to the matt when he falls a sleep under the top sheet .... I think it's instinctive he ends up asleep on the matt , there's most certainly benefits using grounding products if your not grounded you better start .”
“After using the mat for a short time I noticed my sleep pattern was changing. At first I noticed restless legs then extreme restlessness to the point of not being able to sleep. “I am so happy to have found this very high quality grounding mat. I think the stainless threads are far superior to other materials. The fabric is so soft, cozy and comfy to sleep on and very well made. I tested it first and it is doing everything it is supposed to do. I sleep on it every night. I am sleeping much deeper and through the night. I have back trouble so in the past I always woke up with some pain along with aching joints. Since I have been using the grounding mat I wake up with no back pain or aching joints. I did have a few days where I felt a bit fluish like I was detoxing and then started feeling much better. The mat feels good in a way I cannot describe except to say I look forward to sleeping or resting on it. The mat was extremely well packaged for shipping and arrived quickly.
