“I bought the mat as a trial before I spent the money on a full sized queen sheet. I directly connected it to it's own earth peg just outside our window and checked with a multimeter to ensure the connection was good. I've been sleeping directly on top of the mat. After about a month now of use, I've honestly had no real improvement in my sleep and no real improvement in reducing stiffness in lower back. I'm a big believer in grounding and get great results from barefoot grounding, but I've not noticed any benefits from the mat.”
