“We are both using the Mat and believe we are getting some good results.
My wife has a Venous and arterial condition with her legs along with arthritis in feet and other areas of her body. She says she can move about more freely with less aches and pains after just one day of grounding with Mat. She also has had some pain relief of her shoulders as the fabric mat is able to follow the contours of the body (shoulder/back) much better than some others. She has been experimenting with laying on the Mat on the bed for an hour before turning off the light. She believes this is helping with her sleep. She normally only gets 4 hrs sleep at night. It's early days so just not yet. Hopefully she will leave the fabric Matt on the bed overnight in near future.

“I purchased the grounding mat and have used it constantly now for 2 weeks. I have plantar fasciitis (8months) in its chronic form, I've tried many therapies, moon boot, ointments etc all assisting this condition mildly but really nothing changed. I could hardly walk it's so painful BUT I'm so glad to say since using the mat my foot has improved so much I can now walk almost normally, less pain (it's feels like sunshine).
