“We (both 62yo) purchased a grounding sheet for our bed at home some weeks ago.
It's taken a few weeks to gauge whether it works or not.
I'm happy to report that I definitely feel some positive impact.
I use Google Nest at home which monitors my sleep patterns and quality. It reports improvement in terms of REM sleep, deep sleep, and a decrease in periods of being awake. So a measurable improvement.
I have also observed a change in my dreams.
Previously I would have described my dreams as (not nightmares) but dreams without a positive theme. That has changed to a point where my dreams are quite vivid and more positively themed.
I have had chronic back pain, and it was this that was my first motivation to buy a grounding sheet. I feel that my back pain is reduced at night, and that in turn is meaning better quality sleep.
So in summary;
I feel that it has been a solid positive experience and I look forward to consolidating that over time. I am also considering buying another grounding sheet with a grounding rod for our camper so that my use of grounding is not interrupted when we go camping.

“Hi Team, I'm pleased to say we are all feeling the benefits from our grounding underlays.
We all took our Body Voltage readings using the multimeter prior to laying on the bed then again after laying on the underlay and the results were staggering, so we were excited for the first nights rest ahead.
My elderly 87yr old father who has battled prostate cancer for many years and it has spread to the bones in the form of metastases tumours has suffered from terrible pain and swelling in his hands, wrists and up into his arms is now able to rest and sleep peacefully without pain at night. He cannot believe from the first night of use how relaxed and peaceful his sleep is now. The pain does return during the day whilst he is active but the ability to rest at night is incredible.
My husband who is frustratingly a non-believer in most things can't stop raving about his reduced back pain and sleep quality. He is even trying to convince his elderly parents to invest in the bedding as they have chronic illness as well.
