“I purchased the grounding underlay primarily for improved sleep. I have only been using the underlay for a few weeks and can honestly say what an improvement. Where I used to have about 4 hours sleep a night I am now getting a good 6 hours . I do wake sometimes during sleep but I find I drift back to sleep in a short time (normally when I woke I found myself staring at the ceiling waiting for ages and still unable to fall back to sleep).
